New Year, New Trends

This holiday season, we are thankful for your trust in renovating your homes to fit your needs and style. We are honored to be able to serve you and understand the privilege it is to work in your home. Thank you for your support and we are looking forward to a wonderful 2023!

Speaking of 2023… we have some trends below that we think will be big in 2023 (and potentially for years to come). Here are some of our favorites:

Green plant

1. Greenery:
Botanical patterns, statement plants, or cascading greenery are great ways to incorporate this living trend. Plants add warmth and color to your space. Plus, many plants have added indoor air quality benefits. That sounds like a win-win to us!

natural materials

2. Natural Materials:
Along with greenery, we’re predicting a big moment for natural materials in 2023. Warm woods, stone, and other natural materials help bring some organic aspects to a space.

antique furniture

3. Sustainable Design:
We’re seeing more people ditch inexpensive (and cheaply made) furniture in favor of antiques or other vintage pieces that will last for a lifetime. Plus, these items help a place feel more unique and original.

Dog Sitting on performance fabric

4. Performance Fabric:
While the look of your furniture matters, you have to be practical if you have children, grandchildren, or pets. Performance fabric can give you the best of both worlds so you don’t have to compromise on design for durable furniture.

We wish you a safe, happy, and healthy 2023. As always, we are here for all of your design and remodeling services.

Design Feature:
Curved Silhouettes

While modern and contemporary designs tend to have rigid lines, organically-inspired shapes embrace softness and add warmth to a space.

Curved furniture, accessories, and archways are great ways to incorporate these organic shapes to help contrast a very modern palette.
