What was once an unfinished basement filled with untapped potential is now one of the most loved and most used spaces in the home. Every detail of this custom renovation was thoughtfully planned to create zones for relaxation, recreation, and gathering. A stylish bar area with custom cabinetry, elegant finishes, and comfortable seating now serves as the perfect hub for hosting family and friends. Nearby, the cozy seating lounge offers a welcoming place to unwind, while the dedicated theatre area creates a true at-home movie night experience.

For fun and activity, the new gaming area gives everyone a place to play, and the private gym space makes it easy to stay active without ever leaving home. Completing the lower level is a beautifully designed powder room, adding convenience and polish to the finished space.
