- Punch List Creation: Our Project Manager will collaborate with our customers to create a punch list of any minor items that need attention, clearly document these tasks, and establish a timeline for their completion to ensure accountability.
- Final Walkthrough: Our Project Developer schedules a comprehensive final walk-through to review the completed project. This allows them to see the results firsthand and provides an opportunity to address any last-minute concerns or adjustments.
- Documentation Handover: We provide our customers with all necessary documentation, including as-built drawings, selections, warranties, manuals, and maintenance guides. This helps clients understand their new space and maintain it effectively.
- Client Feedback Session: We will also conduct a formal feedback session to gather insights on our customers experience during the final walk-through, allowing our clients to express their satisfaction or concerns.
- Post-Project Support: As a commitment to our ongoing service and care, we offer a dedicated period of post-project support, during which our customers can reach out with any questions or issues that arise.
- Follow-Up Check-In: We schedule a follow-up call at six months and one year after project completion to check in with our clients’ satisfaction and address any lingering questions or concerns.
