Revolutionize your Home Renovation Project

Remodeling your home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make, improving the comfort and quality of how your family lives in the home. Our family-owned, award-winning design/build firm is committed to customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships. We pride ourselves on being a repeat and referral business, a testament to our dependability and outstanding design capabilities.

If you’re one of those people wondering where to start, here are a few questions we most commonly hear:

What is design/build?

  • Meridian Construction offers a design/build remodeling process to unify the workflow from initial concept to project completion.
  • The benefits of this approach include less surprise, fewer changes, and improved communication.

When is the best time to remodel my home?

  • Home remodeling can be performed year-round depending on the project. Renovation or remodeling of interior spaces can usually be completed any time of the year, though there are aspects of projects that can be weather dependent.

How long should my home remodeling project take?

  • The length of a project will vary depending on the scope of work, but we can give an idea of duration early in design.
  • All of our construction agreements include an approximate start date and completion date during our design/build process.

Can I live in my house while it is being remodeled?

  • In general, yes you can! Our carpenters take care to section off the area where they are working to minimize disturbance through the rest of your house so you can experience livable remodeling.

How much should I budget for my project?

  • Home remodeling is a complex process. Each project is different according to the existing conditions, scope of the job, and the wants and needs of the client.

Project Spotlight: New Life in Old Spaces

Dark, cramped, and outdated bathrooms are a thing of the past, with open, airy, and spa-inspired spaces taking their place. More in-depth projects involving a new layout and/or footprint require more time and planning.

Our design-build approach provides you with ideas, inspiration, guidance, and experienced professionals to bring new life to your bathroom.

Design Feature:
A Wet/Dry Bar Can Set Your House Apart From the Rest!

The addition of a wet/dry bar can take your entertainment game up a notch, making it more convenient to bartend for guests while adding an inviting vibe to your home. And, it can be an easy and inexpensive extra detail to your project.

When you’re entertaining, your guests tend to gravitate to where food and drinks are being served. In most homes, that’s the kitchen. Nothing wrong with that, but it can get a bit cramped in there and other parts of your house are probably more comfortable.

A wet/dry bar will draw people to it for two reasons: it’s another place where your guests can get finger foods and cocktails, and it’s a conversation piece. Not every home has one!

If you are thinking about a renovation and adding a wet/dry bar to your home and would like Meridian Construction to help with your concept, design, and project management, contact us for a complimentary consultation and we’ll be happy to answer any questions and get you started.
