1. 5-10 years carpentry experience in residential remodeling
2. Knowledge of the proper sequence of work in remodeling projects
3. Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
4. Ability to work both independently and as a team
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Valid driver’s license with good driving record
7. Basic hand tools to perform all carpentry projects
